A star is a piece of rock made up of dust, gases and clouds.

Earth stars look like little dots in sky but in the universe they are huge like  the first 4 orbits of Solar System .If we take sun out of its place, Earth might be inside of  a star! There are 3 main types of stars red, yellow, and blue. The red one is the coolest, the blue  one is the hottest and the yellow has a  medium average temperature.

 

A star lives until 200,000,000,000 and after that happen immediately  it becomes a new black hole.
