PROCEDURES FOR JARDÍN THROUGH ELEVENTH GRADES
(NOTE: In Colombia, grades go from Transition (U.S. First Grade) to Eleventh Grade (U.S. Twelfth Grade). If you want to apply to Semestralizado (Noveno, Décimo y Once), the deadline for admissions is September 30th. If you want to apply to other grades the admission deadline is January 30th of the academic year.

To apply:

• Vacancies. Parents should contact the Admissions Office to inquire about vacancies.

• Informative meetings with parents. These meetings are held when parents begin the application process. At this moment, the school’s philosophy and objectives are presented.
  
  
• Request for application. Parents fill the application papers and attach the following documents from the previous school: 
  * Subject information: brief subject descriptions, textbooks, hours per week.
  * Grades for the previous years.
  
  
• Academic Evaluations. The interested students take skills and knowledge tests in Mathematics, Spanish, and English for the level they wish to apply.  
  
  
• Two Recommendation letters from the previous school:
  From the School Principal
  From teachers from the Spanish, English and Math areas
  (No required Form)
